City Girl

OK, I'm over a week late on this one but I can't NOT post about this kit because I love it. Love the colors...love the elements...and it makes me want to go on a ladies weekend to NYC baby! But, alas, I used it for pics of my kiddos of course. This is a collab with Mye de Leon but it is definitely one of my favorite kits by Trixie Scraps and it is available...well, in a lot of places so pick it up now!

Modern June has a beautiful new kit out called Sweet November. It has some gorgeous soft colors and classic elements. You can grab it now at Scrapable.

Trixie Scraps New Releases

Here is a fun new kit out by Trixie Scraps. It's called Happiness in a Cup. It was originally designed as a kit devoted to coffee but she also added hot chocolate, tea, and other caffeine elements. I, of course had to use it for Diet Coke...LOL. I love the colors and the gorgeous papers. She is using this as part of the Grab-a-Byte sale at Scrapbook Bytes. Each part of the kit is $1. As a guest designer at Funky Playground Designs, Trixie Scraps is releasing Bring on the Rain but the only place you can get it right now is FPD. It's a beautiful kit about dealing with the harder things in life but it's very versatile and you can use it for almost anything.




Lastly, Trixie Scraps and Connie Prince have decided to do some monthly collabs under the name of North Meets South Studios. One thing the will be offering every month are templates and I LOVE templates so I'm quite excited. :)

She has created a new kit, Bring on the Rain, to celebrate her opening here.

Sometimes, it just seems like a black cloud parks itself over your head and just won't go away! Bring on the Rain is meant for scrapping those times. Life is not always perfect and it's okay to scrap about it! It's often the best kind of "therapy" there is for working out feelings, thoughts, and emotions and I hope this kit helps you get through the hard times. But, you can still use the beautiful papers and elements for any kind of layout (like I did). :)
